There are two nomination routes / modes - self-nomination with recommendations from any two referees professionally involved with the applicant or institutional-nomination with recommendation by the applicant's principal or head of the institution.

The applicant nomination form as well as the referees / principal recommendation form are both available online.

It must be mentioned for record that both the modes of nomination will be treated at par, however principal's recommendation will be appreciated.
