A judicious mix of lectures, cases discussions, experience sharing, simulations and role-playing shall form part of the methodology. The participants would develop an action-plan for implementation at the end of the programme.
Target Participants
Principals with 0-5 years experience in the 35-45 year age band and PGT having a minimum of 10 years of teaching experience and aspiring to become principals.
Programme Dates and Venues
The Programs shall begin on 23th May 2011 and close on 18th June 2011. The program shall be conducted from 9 am - 6 pm, five days a week. The Second week of the Program shall be conducted in a residential mode at a resort outside Delhi and the cost of travel to and fro to the resort and the boarding and the lodging at the resort shall be borne by the organizers. The first, third and fourth week of the program shall be conducted in a non residential mode at IIT Delhi.
