Completion of 1st International Conference saw a huge convergence of domain experts who hitherto seldom get a chance to meet and discuss with each other. The conference brought corporate giants working on child nutrition and Information Technology, face to face with Govt Organizations like MHRD and Delhi Govt who are grappling with the challenges of reaching out to the last child. We also got organizations like CII, UNICEF, British Council, and Embassy of South Africa, who expressed their desire to contribute to the cause.
So, after the conference, in January 2010, people were handpicked from the eclectic gathering with the sole aim of creating a holistic and empowered group. A group, which put together has huge experience in education and is in a position to make the difference. |
