Methodology |
A judicious mix of lectures, cases discussions, experience sharing, simulations and role-playing shall form part of the methodology. The participants would develop an action-plan for implementation at the end of the program.

| The Participants |
The participants of the program shall be the school teachers desirous of sharpening their managerial skills and competencies. This may include Post Graduate Teachers having with 10 years of teaching experience and aspiring to become Principal. |

| Programme Dates and Venues: |
Registration process will start at 8:30 A.M, 7th June 2010.
The venue shall be , Committee Room, 4th floor, Department of Management Studies, Vishwakarma Bhawan, Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, IIT Delhi, New Delhi – 110016.
The programme shall be organized at IIT in 3 phases. |

Phase I (7th June 2010 to 19th June 2010) |

The classroom programme shall be conducted at IIT Delhi, followed by an intensive residential camp for experiential learning. |

Phase II (20th June 2010 to 26th June 2010) |

During this phase participants will be required to complete online assignments, the progress of which will be reviewed in a 3-day meet in September 2010. Dates will be decided in consultation with the participants. Handholding and adequate assistance will be provided for online assignments. |

Phase III will be held from Dec 27th, 2010 to Jan 1st, 2011. |

This will again be the contact classroom programme, where the learnings of phase II will be summarized, reviewed along with the new curriculum. The certificate will be conferred to the participants by IIT Delhi. |

| Accommodation |
Limited accommodation in the USO House, Qutab Institutional Area, Delhi, (a walking distance from the venue) shall be made available at a cost of Rs. 300 day/per person to the participants desirous of the same. Air cooled rooms will be available on triple sharing basis. Please confirm well in advance as rooms will be allocated on first-come first-serve basis. |

| Fees |
Rs. 45000/- per participant. The fee would include course materials, stationery and working lunch/tea/coffee during the breaks. Accommodation at the outstation location during phase I shall be arranged by the institute and no additional cost is payable for the same.
A discount of 10% would be applicable in case of more than five participants from a group of schools. |

| Registration |
The last date of receiving the duly filled nomination forms along with cheque/ Demand Drafts Drawn in favour of “IIT Delhi” payable at New Delhi is 2nd June 2010.
